Hi, I’m Normanda.

I’ve spent my career in healthcare credentialing and payer contracting, helping providers and organizations navigate a part of the business that can be complicated, time-consuming, and, honestly, frustrating.

I’ve worked with all kinds of healthcare organizations and providers from FQHCs and new office locations to medical, dental, wound care, behavioral health, and oral surgery. I’ve credentialed MDs, DOs, NPs, LPCs, DDSs, DMDs, and other healthcare professionals.

My experience includes working with organizations such as Global Open Wound Care, Pacific Dental Services, BetterHelp, and US Oral Surgery.

I enjoy this work because I like figuring things out. When there’s a payer issue, a credentialing roadblock, a new office that needs to get enrolled, or a provider who needs to get in-network, I like finding the answer and getting things moving.

When I’m not working, you’ll probably find me on a tennis court or planning my next trip. I love to travel and have been fortunate enough to see a lot of the world. Tennis keeps me competitive, travel keeps me curious, and both remind me that there’s always something new to learn.

That same mindset is what I bring to my work: stay curious, pay attention to the details, and don't give up when something gets complicated.

My goal is simple, to make credentialing and payer contracting easier for the people who are busy running healthcare practices and taking care of patients.
